We provided professional strategic advice to Student Services and Procurement on outsourcing arrangements, which included drafting and modification of documents relevant to contract and commercial negotiations, to achieve the best possible outcome for VU.

A key component was to develop measurable, clear and effective key performance indicators within the Contract Schedules for the commercial engagement including a tiered approach to incentives/penalties, all achieved within an extremely tight timeframe.
